Secure Premises & Surveillance: 24/7 security monitoring, visitor tracking, and restricted access to student areas.
Student Awareness Programs: Age-appropriate lessons on personal safety, consent, and online security.
Counseling & Support Services: Dedicated counselors available for student guidance and well-being.
Any suspicion, disclosure, or concern related to child abuse must be reported immediately to the Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO).
A confidential and thorough investigation will be conducted by school authorities in collaboration with child protection agencies if required.
Immediate protective actions will be taken to ensure the child’s safety while maintaining discretion and respect for privacy.
Parents or guardians will be informed when necessary, following legal and ethical guidelines.
Parents are encouraged to actively participate in child protection awareness programs.
Open communication between school and home is essential to ensure a safe learning environment.
Reports of any suspicious activity or behavior can be made anonymously to the school’s designated protection officer.
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure compliance with the latest child protection laws and best practices. Staff, students, and parents are expected to adhere to all safeguarding protocols at all times.
